Kingman & Co now leverages its vast network to provide clients with recruiting services. We match top marketing and sales talent with innovative brands, agencies, and publishers.
Kingman is without doubt the most accomplished sales representative that the FT has ever had in the US, and in my experience, globally. Not only are you a great guy to be with - fun, open and trustworthy - you also hire fantastic people, motivate them brilliantly, and work hard. You are also creative, energetic and driven by a desire to do good work. And most importantly of all you just "get" the FT. Not just the brand and its proposition, but also how it works. You have been able to accept and work with our deficiencies, internal issues, and processes without letting them get you down or get in the way. Kudos to you, your team, and what you've achieved at the FT.
Dominic Good
Global Sales Director, Financial Times
We’ve been very pleased with our partnership with Kingman & Company over the past 18 months. They have exceeded our expectations in opening doors with key brand partners and increasing the visibility of the Financial Times on the West Coast. Jen and Kingman are smart and strategic thinkers who have mastered the complexities of the FT's portfolio and value proposition. They have proven to hold the key in unlocking the West Coast's revenue potential, and their success will continue to pay dividends for the FT.
Brendan Spain
US Sales Director, Financial Times
"I have worked with Kingman for many years on multiple deals. Across all of them Kingman has been a fair, fast and strategic. Ultimately, Kingman has been a great partner to work with because he knows how to actually listen (versus just sell)."
Joshua Spanier
Marketing Director, Global Media at Google
"Kingman Gordon is one of the media industry's finest. Period. He is honest, hard-working, bright and great fun. Kingman understands that the devil is in the details (which, by the way, he nails every time) and yet he can also transition seamlessly into finding meaningful strategic solutions for client challenges. What sets him above all others, though, is his remarkable ability to connect people. His mind appears always to be on alert for finding ways to introduce individuals, companies and industry organizations to one another. If you don't yet know or work with Kingman, do. You and/or your organization will be the better for it."
Suzann Redding
Multimedia Sales Director at The Wall Street Journal
"It is safe to say that Kingman is beloved by all that know him. He being a great guy conceals his tireless effort, his diligence, his understanding of his partners needs and the solutions that he provides. He is relentlessly positive and his desire to provide value is infectious to those around him... I consider myself lucky to have worked with him at both ESPN and USATODAY Sports and have witnessed this behavior first hand. He brings out the best in people and in return he gets the best from people. Kingman is beloved because he is excellent at his job; he surfaces valuable solutions, provides excellent service to both internal and external clients and his positive attitude makes you eager for it to continue."
Doug Fleming
Director of Programmatic at Hulu
